We hold the following values:

1. Children MATTER TO US because they matter to God. We plan and evaluate our effectiveness through the eyes of a child.

2. We take our children's physical and emotional SAFETY seriously by carefully selecting leaders who we trust with your children and celebrate your child's uniqueness.

3. We value INTENTIONAL RELATIONSHIP BUILDING through our small group approach to ministry.

4. We teach the Bible CLEARLY and CREATIVELY in a language your child can understand.

5. We believe that children learn best in an environment of LOVE and FUN!

The Elementary and Preschool Sunday programs follow the Tru curriculum Tru tells the complete "Big God Story" from Genesis to Revelation each year, ensuring the kids realize every part of the Bible is part of a larger narrative, with Jesus at its centre.

Some of the other "pillars" of Tru include "Family is Primary" (the church's job is to provide tools for families to help them grow together), and a focus on Spiritual Formation (encountering God, not just learning facts).

Read more about the Tru Philosophy.

The Playhouse is a fun program for our preschool children, which starts them early on learningThe Big God Story.

Sprouts (Birth - Walking):  Room 202

Seedlings (Walking - 36 months) & Climbers (3-5 year olds):  Room 204

The Garage meets in the Gym and uses a large group - small group format to teach our Kindergarten to Grade 5 kids.

Large group: The children worship together and then the Big God Story is taught using creative and interactive methods.

Small group: Children build relationships with their coach and small group as they explore how to apply God's Word in their lives.

Family Times

Last Wednesday of every month (7-8 pm)

Join us in the Gym on the last Wendesday of every month for a time to connect as a family - one hour full of togetherness, not tedium.

Participate in fun activities from FaithLaunch by Focus on the Family aimed at helping you prepare your child to develop their relationship with God, exploring such questions as
"Who is God, and how does He feel about me?",
"Why do we need forgiveness?",
"Who is Jesus, and what did He do for me?".

Most sprititual formation happens at home. Family Times is designed to give you resources to equip you to continue your child's formation.

Activities are designed for two groups of children: 4-8 year olds, and 8-12 year olds. Older kids are welcome as well.
